Security Deposit Points

The Security Deposit Points is used to secure Overstaying fee, if necessary. This is a mandatory deposit in order to continue using ParkNcharge app. Overstaying is charged at 200 pts per hour of every overstaying offense. If Overstaying offense is more than the Security Deposit Points, user wallet will result to negative Charging points balance.

This Security points is refundable if you do not intend to continue using ParkNcharge app. To request for Security points refund, click the refund button and you must fill up the form with your full name, bank account number and bank name that ParkNcharge will remit the deposit amount. To use again the app, you will need to purchase again Charging points plus the mandatory Security deposit points.

When you purchase any Charging Points, the app will top up the Security Deposit points wallet first to maintain the minimum 200 points deposit, then the Charging points wallet.
